Jim Gallaher, President                       Mergers & Acquisitions Founder of Silverbridge, Jim Gallaher brings with him more than 25 years experience as a transition expert and consultant specializing in business valuations, business acquisitions and divestitures.  He is knowledgeable in all elements of transactions with special expertise in building service companies.   Jim Gallaher holds a Bachelor’s Degree from United States International University, San Diego, California, and a Master’s Degree from Michigan State University.  He has six years experience in university administration, with four years serving at the executive level at a major California university.   He is a Vietnam veteran.   Silverbridge Incorporated is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate. Catherine Waters, Vice President            Account & Route Sales Catherine Waters, has brokered sales involving the transfer of accounts and routes since 1995.  She earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree from California State University, Fullerton. Catherine has extensive experience in account management and sales.  She formally served as executive sales representative for Lever Brothers International.
